About the Role:
We're seeking a skilled Category Manager to lead our sales and distribution efforts. Reporting to the Senior Category Manager, you will be responsible for driving category growth through data-driven insights and strategic partnerships.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with buyers and provide expert advice on product ranges and market trends.
- Analyze performance data to identify opportunities and risks, informing promotional strategies and new product development.
- Develop and refine category visions for customer use, translating data into compelling narratives and training the business to maximize data insights.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Category Management, ideally in FMCG categories like Household, Health, or Beauty.
- Proven success in delivering insight-led projects and driving value in your business.
- Strong ability to forge long-lasting internal and external partnerships and create customer-centric solutions.
