About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Waste Manager to join our team at the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS). As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in delivering our commercial strategy and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Territory Head of Operations in delivering the Commercial Strategy, ensuring safe and compliant operations.
  • Coordinate and support infrastructure, acquisitions, and commercial projects across the operational territory.
  • Drive net revenue growth and performance, ensuring commercial awareness and efficiency.
  • Produce and deliver budget and forecast expectations, as well as commercial modeling.
  • Provide clear, transparent, and accurate reporting of business performance.

What We're Looking For:

  • Ability to manage projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in producing and presenting financial models and business plans.
  • Previous experience in the waste industry is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to produce reports from BI systems.
