Key Responsibilities
  • Create and execute innovative recruitment marketing campaigns to attract candidates for specific roles and overall talent pools, highlighting the unique opportunities within our leisure and hospitality offerings.
  • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen our employer brand across various channels, including social media, our company website, and other relevant platforms.
  • Assist in producing high-quality content, such as job descriptions, banners, posters, social media posts, blog articles, and video content, to engage potential candidates, showcasing the excitement and diversity of our business.
  • Manage our recruitment campaigns on social media channels, including LinkedIn, X, and Instagram, to share engaging content, interact with the audience, and promote our career opportunities.
  • Track and analyse recruitment marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns and identify areas for improvement, providing data-driven insights to optimise future strategies.

Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum.
