Motor Counter Fraud Team Leader

At Direct Line Insurance Group, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. We're seeking a highly skilled Motor Counter Fraud Team Leader to join our Fraud Department, reporting directly to our Counter Fraud Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve agreed performance measures, driving performance and improvement in the team and wider CF population.
- Analyse assurance results and proactively manage performance and development needs through effective coaching, mentoring, and timely performance management.
- Ensure adherence to all process and business procedures to ensure regulatory compliance, consistency of application, and optimisation of operational performance and efficiency.
- Support and complete ad-hoc requests as allocated by your Line Manager, focusing on recruitment, training, projects, department meetings, and achievements.
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve performance, collaborating with teams within and outside of CF to achieve optimum results.
Requirements:
- Motor insurance claims experience in a people management/team leader role, with a focus on coaching and mentoring.
