This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic team, providing quality patient care and retail services within our Gartnavel Campus.
The Facilities Directorate is responsible for delivering various services, including patient and retail catering, domestic cleaning, portering, and transport, which support the delivery of quality patient care.
About the Role- To provide leadership and management of the Catering and Retail Service teams.
- To ensure the provision of high-quality patient care and retail services.
- To manage and maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of facilities.
- To supervise and train staff to meet service standards.
- A minimum HNC or equivalent experience, including 3 years of supervisory experience in a similar role.
- Relevant qualifications in Food Safety, Health & Safety, and Infection Control.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make decisions quickly.
- Basic IT skills required.
Estimated Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
