Behaviour Support and Care Worker

We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support and Care Worker to join our team in Redditch. The successful candidate will provide 1:1 support to children with challenging behaviour and emotional needs, working closely with teachers and other support staff to meet the individual needs of each child.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualised support to children with SEMH needs, Autism, and Complex Needs.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to develop and implement behaviour support plans.
  • Help create a safe and supportive learning environment for children.
  • Support children in developing social and emotional skills.
Requirements:
  • Experience in supporting children with challenging behaviour and Mental Health.
  • Background in education or alternative children's provisions.
  • Personal experience or a background in social care is also considered.
  • Clear Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce/ Child and Adult Workforce) registered to the Update Service.
