Job Summary
We are seeking an exceptional individual with experience in leading high-performing teams and a proven track record of supporting young people or refugees and asylum seekers. As the full-time lead on advocacy and support, you will join our senior management team and manage a team to effectively deliver services for our users.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver advocacy and support services
- Develop and implement strategies to support young refugees and asylum seekers in their integration journey
- Collaborate with teams to provide a safe and positive space for young people to succeed
- Manage and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in leading and managing high-performing teams
- Proven track record of supporting young people or refugees and asylum seekers
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
