Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional individual with experience in leading high-performing teams and a proven track record of supporting young people or refugees and asylum seekers. As the full-time lead on advocacy and support, you will join our senior management team and manage a team to effectively deliver services for our users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver advocacy and support services
  • Develop and implement strategies to support young refugees and asylum seekers in their integration journey
  • Collaborate with teams to provide a safe and positive space for young people to succeed
  • Manage and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery
