About the Job

AECOM is seeking a Technical Director for Marine Ecology to join our Nature team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead our marine ecology team and contribute to the growth and development of our portfolio of high-profile marine projects.

You will be responsible for providing technical marine ecological and consenting advice, internally and externally, and directing inputs to various workstreams and deliverables across a broad range of projects.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Expertise in marine ecology and consenting matters, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results
  • Leadership and management experience, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of marine ecologists
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
  • Experience managing resources and budgets effectively, and reporting on progress to clients

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and a flexible hybrid working model.
