Environmental Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Environmental Project Manager to lead our marine ecology team in the UK. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply your skills and knowledge in marine conservation and sustainability.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for:
- Managing project budgets and resources, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality marine ecological assessments
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve environmental outcomes and promote AECOM's environmental services
- Providing technical advice and guidance to junior team members and contributing to work-winning efforts
- Mentoring and training junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A recognised degree in marine biology/ecology or a related biological or science discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in marine ecology, with a focus on project management and technical expertise
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders
The salary for this position is £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer flexible working arrangements and a hybrid working model to support your work-life balance.
