Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Delivery: Lead the delivery of complex flood risk projects, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
  2. Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including Local Authorities and private developers, to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  3. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and development.
  4. Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to junior colleagues, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  5. Business Development: Contribute to business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities and developing strategies to grow our Water Team.
