We're seeking a skilled Hotel Chef to lead our culinary team at Premier Inn in Newcastle City Centre (Millennium Bridge). As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for managing your team, preparing, cooking, and serving our signature Premier Inn breakfasts and classic dishes.

  • Manage a team of chefs to deliver exceptional food quality and service.
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including our legendary Premier Inn breakfasts.
  • Ensure high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
