Job DescriptionThis role involves providing care to residents in a positive behavioural support setting, demonstrating unconditional positive regard and working within a positive behaviour support framework. You will be responsible for following agreed guidelines, handling stress, and growing in confidence as a skilled practitioner.
You will work positively within a consistent, mutually supportive team ethos, covering a mixture of days, night, sleep-in shifts, and waking watches. Full training, including online e-learning, is available through our preferred training academy.
