Servoca Nursing and Care is recruiting experienced Care Assistants to work in care homes across the North West. As a Care Assistant, you will have the chance to make a real difference in people's lives by providing high-quality care and support.
With over 10 years of experience working with local care home providers, we have developed a strong reputation for delivering exceptional care services. Our team is dedicated to supporting individuals with various needs, including dementia, mental health, and physical disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centered care and support to individuals in their daily lives
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months experience in care work in the UK
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
