We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Linen Porter. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring our laundry is ready for our room attendants, interacting with guests daily, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Transport linen around the hotel, ensuring it is delivered to the correct rooms and departments.
- Work closely with room attendants to ensure they have the necessary linen and supplies to complete their tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work a range of shifts and days, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our hotel.
