**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatrician - Diabetes Specialist to join our friendly paediatric team at Airedale NHS Foundation Trust. As a specialist in diabetes, you will play a crucial role in providing expert care to children with diabetes.

The trust offers a supportive and encouraging environment for professional development and a satisfying work-life balance. Following full middle grade establishment, paediatric consultants have become non-resident at night.

The salary for this role is approximately **£110,000 - £155,000** per annum, depending on experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-quality patient care, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of diabetes in children
  • Working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

**Requirements**

  • MB BCh or equivalent Higher qualification in Paediatrics - MRCPCH or equivalent
  • On GMC's Specialist Register or be no more than three months from obtaining CCT at interview date
