West London NHS Trust is seeking an experienced mental health or social care worker to become a fully trained CBT High Intensity Therapist.

Ealing Talking Therapies (TT) has been established since 2008 and provides a range of therapy services across West London. The training course will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality cognitive behavioural therapy to patients.

The one-year full-time postgraduate diploma course will be taught at Royal Holloway University and consists of three days working within Ealing TT and two days of university tuition. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient group and develop your skills in evidence-based therapies such as EMDR, DIT, IPT, BCT, and CfD.

To be eligible for the programme, you must be an experienced mental health professional with a recognised qualification. A salary of £40,000-£60,000 per annum is estimated based on national averages for this role in London.

We offer a supportive team environment with regular supervision meetings and opportunities for Continuing Professional Development (CPD). Our main base is in Ealing, with access to over 16 clinic rooms and two open-plan offices. We also run clinics at GP surgeries across the borough, covering areas such as Southall, Acton, and Chiswick.
