We are seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join our team at Omnes Healthcare Limited, a dynamic organisation that has been operating within the NHS since 2006.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assessment, screening, and treatment services to patients registered with our practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessment and Treatment: Provide high-quality patient care, conducting assessments and delivering treatment services as required.
  • Patient Advice: Offer guidance on general healthcare and minor ailments, referring patients to GPs when necessary.
  • Specimen Collection: Collect, store, and dispatch pathological specimens efficiently.
Requirements:
  • NMC Registration: Hold current NMC registration and possess relevant experience in Primary Care.
  • Specialised Skills: We are looking for a nurse who can help manage QOF and has Diabetic Specialisation or equivalent experience.
