Project Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in Reading. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team on a construction project, working closely with clients and contractors to deliver high-quality results. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to develop their skills and portfolio in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a multidisciplinary team on a construction project
- Work closely with clients and contractors to deliver high-quality results
- Manage project planning, risk, and cost management
- Ensure excellent contract management and safety standards
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant degree or equivalent to NVQ level 6 qualification
- A chartered level of qualification is desirable
- Membership of a relevant professional body such as the APM, CIOB or an engineering institution is preferred
- Ability to obtain minimum level of SC Clearance
- UK Driving license and ability to work and live in the UK

- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and quality

Experience:
As a Project Manager, you will need to have experience of:
- High-level program and project management
- Project planning, risk and cost management at program and project levels
- Managing multidisciplinary teams in a highly regulated environment
- Understanding and experience of NEC contracts
- Experience and understanding of CDM regulations
