Our multi-disciplined team of specialists boasts a wealth of expertise in the design and delivery of development, new-build, and alteration projects.

We pride ourselves on our ability to utilise our in-house Heritage, Planning, and Development Consultancies to streamline the design process and enhance client relationships.

Job Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Designer to join our team.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective client and consultant interactions.
  • Experience in project management from initial briefing to securing planning permission is required.
  • Proficiency in designing for various construction methods is necessary.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK Planning system, particularly in heritage-sensitive sites, is essential.
  • Understanding of UK Building Regulations and their implications from concept design stage onward is required.
  • Excellent electronic and hand-drawing skills are necessary.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic REVIT skills are required.
  • Experience working with existing buildings, including traditional construction, is essential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and oversee junior staff members is necessary.
  • Enthusiasm for conversion, adaptation, and renovation schemes, including listed or historic buildings, is required.

We will support RIBA Accreditation for the right candidate.
