Position Summary:

Eram Talent is seeking a Venue Manager to oversee the operations of a venue in Saudi Arabia. As a Venue Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the venue, delivering exceptional customer service, and maximizing revenue.

Responsibilities will include managing staff, coordinating events and functions, handling customer inquiries and complaints, overseeing inventory and supplies, and ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage venue staff to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient operations.
  • Coordinate events and functions to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Oversee inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations to maintain a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Venue Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to communicate in English (mandatory), Arabic (preferred), and other languages (preferred).
  • 10 Years+ experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or events industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving, multi-tasking and conflict management skills with a principled approach to understand problems and opportunities to inform decision making.
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, hospitality, or related field preferred.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Consistent, punctual and regular attendance as a key member of the Guest Relations team, with the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
