Job Opportunity: Senior Quality Control Engineer

About the Role

In this senior quality control engineer position, you will be responsible for leading quality initiatives and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will work closely with the quality manager to develop and implement quality control procedures and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • leading quality improvement initiatives and developing quality control procedures;
  • conducting quality inspections and tests to ensure compliance with industry standards;
  • identifying and resolving quality-related issues through collaboration with cross-functional teams;
  • developing and maintaining quality management systems and standards.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must have:

  • a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering or quality assurance;
  • a minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or assurance;
  • strong leadership and communication skills;
  • knowledge of quality management systems and standards.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £60,000 per annum, plus benefits and opportunities for professional development.
