About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Client Service Coordinator to join our Commercial Team in Exeter. As a key point of contact for our valued clients, you will play a vital role in strengthening client relationships and service quality.

As a Client Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient correspondence with clients, establishing a good rapport and high levels of trust. You will contribute to the workflow within the team and ultimately to client service satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage client correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and meetings, to ensure timely and accurate communication.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of procedures, problems, and resolutions to effectively communicate with the team and clients.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the flow of work, sharing, and assigning responsibilities.
  • Proactively drive actions and outcomes from other team members to achieve client service satisfaction.
