Quality Lead – Aviation Compliance

A fantastic opportunity for a Quality professional at the top of their game in the aviation sector.

As a Specialist Quality Lead, you will be focused on the quality compliance related to a range of aviation standards and regulations, with a focus on Part145 (Aviation Maintenance compliance).

You'll be joining a fantastic business, with outstanding facilities in a modern purpose-built facility.

DUTIES

  • Compliance to international management systems standards;
  • Act as ISM (Independent Systems Monitoring) for Part21J;
  • Retain knowledge with aviation regulations, including CAA EASA, FAA;
  • First line leader for a team of Quality professionals across multiple locations;
  • Manage the companies QMS and quality systems;
  • Lead continuous improvement of Quality business systems;
  • Manage portfolio of external and customer Quality approvals;
  • Follow-up on quality and safety actions;
  • Provide training on quality procedures, standards, and aviation regulations;
