Job Title: Client Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Manager to join our team at Public Practice Recruitment Ltd. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional service, and driving business growth.

About the Role
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with Senior Managers to ensure client expectations are met, deadlines are achieved, and budgets are managed.
  • Review and support the tax planning process, ensuring clients receive expert advice.
  • Mentor and manage junior staff, providing constructive feedback and knowledge sharing.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, implementing efficient ways to deliver exceptional service.
  • Contribute to the firm's growth strategy, suggesting innovative ideas for expansion.
  • Set an example as a trusted and hands-on Manager.

Requirements
  • ACA or ACCA qualified or QBE.
  • UK practice experience.
  • Previous experience nurturing client relationships within practice.
  • Supervisory level experience.
  • Good basic knowledge across accountancy services.

  • Self-motivated and able to manage your own deadlines and workflow.
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail.
