Job Title: Client Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Manager to join our team at Public Practice Recruitment Ltd. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for leading a portfolio of clients and providing exceptional service and technical outcomes.

About the Role
  • Support a diverse portfolio of clients, maintaining excellent relationships and providing expert advice.
  • Work closely with Senior Managers to ensure expectations, deadlines, and budgets are met.
  • Review accounts files and support the tax planning process.
  • Mentor and manage junior staff through constructive feedback and knowledge sharing.
  • Implement process improvements and contribute to the firm's growth and development.

Requirements
  • ACA or ACCA qualified or QBE.
  • UK practice experience.
  • Previous experience nurturing client relationships within practice.
  • Supervisory level experience.
  • Good basic knowledge across accountancy services.
  • A can-do attitude to problem-solving.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage your own deadlines and workflow and that of others.
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail.
  • Commercial acumen and creative ideas for new processes and growth.
