Company Overview
Siamo Recruitment, a division of Siamo Group, is partnering with a thriving firm that has grown its client base by over 30% in the last calendar year. This specialist company operates within a bespoke industry, providing property and site security services to clients across the UK.

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Executive to join our client's alarm activation team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a portfolio of clients, effectively managing the customer journey from a security and advice perspective. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide a positive customer experience.

The successful candidate will work on a 4-on-4-off rota from 07:00am to 19:00pm, ensuring seamless coverage and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and arrange quotes
- Review custom proposals and relationship management
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients

What We Offer
- Competitive salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum
- 10% annual bonus scheme
