An exciting opportunity has become available to work in a prestigious site as a Chef Manager with Olive Catering Services Limited.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide high-quality food and beverages within the financial constraints set for the contract.
  • To adhere to all company policies and regulations regarding health, safety, and environmental management in the workplace and maintain the highest standards of kitchen practice and hygiene.
  • To ensure the smooth operation of the contract at all times.
  • To plan menus, manage production levels, food costing, ordering, and stock control as required.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A passion for delivering exceptional food and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Excellent culinary skills, as well as knowledge of current food trends to ensure our food offer is innovative and imaginative.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with financial acumen and numerical ability to achieve budgetary targets.
  • The ability to lead a team and possess knowledge of Health & Safety requirements. City & Guilds 706/1, 706/2 or similar NVQ qualifications are required, Food Safety Level 3 is desirable.
