Executive Culinary Chef

We're seeking a dedicated and passionate Culinary Professional to lead our kitchen team in delivering exceptional food experiences for Defence clients.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food that exceeds customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to the highest standards, ensuring it is presented perfectly.
• Oversee menu planning and implementation, taking into account customer feedback and preferences.
• Identify opportunities to improve our food services, implementing changes to enhance the customer experience.
• Support the creation of new menus and food concepts, working closely with the kitchen team.
• Represent Defence and maintain a positive brand image by adhering to our high standards of quality and service.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure our kitchens are well-stocked and efficient.
• Oversee kitchen cleaning responsibilities, maintaining a safe and hygienic environment.

Requirements

• Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent qualification.
• Have experience supervising a team, with a proven track record of success.
• Have a flexible approach to working, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
