About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Barista Maestro to join our team at Costa Coffee in Lymington. As a Barista Maestro, you will be responsible for leading a team of baristas and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional coffee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of baristas to deliver high-quality coffee and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction
  • Train and develop baristas to achieve their full potential
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Monitor and control stock levels and inventory

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Barista Maestro or in a similar leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
