In this role, you will collaborate with the IT Operations and Infrastructure team at INW to establish, maintain, and support the IT systems necessary for the company's success.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide technical support through in-person interactions, remote assistance, and phone calls, ensuring a positive user experience across all communication methods.
• Work collaboratively with System Administrators and IT Support Engineers on various projects and initiatives, contributing to the enhancement and optimization of IT systems.
• Manage IT assets by maintaining inventory records, overseeing the lifecycle of equipment, and handling the secure destruction of outdated or broken assets.

**Estimated Salary Range:** $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on location and experience.
