Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Quantity Surveyor to take responsibility for one or multiple projects from a portfolio primarily focused on new build social housing projects in the East Midlands and across the UK.

You will be part of the Residential team, working on long-term client work, including negotiated or won contracts through services frameworks.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Preparing cost estimates, tender preparation, contract administration, cost reporting, and schedules of work.
  • Acting as Employer's Agent on Design and Build projects.
  • Providing excellent pre-contract services to repeat client customers.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously and developing excellent time management strategies.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 to 4 years' experience in running projects quantity surveying and/or project management for a Private Practice, Construction Company, or related organisation.
  • Proficiency in measurement using CostX Measurement Software is desirable.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • A BSc in Quantity Surveying or a degree in Cost Management or similar is preferred.
