We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Business Administrator to join our team at Options Resourcing. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for providing clerical support to our Consultants, Branch Manager, Partners, and Senior Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete the branch's weekly payroll in line with our organization's set policies and compliance criteria.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and candidates contacting the branch.
- Effectively register new and update existing candidates on our in-house database.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
