**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at White & Clayton Recruitment. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintenance and Repairs: Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks to ensure safe plant operations and a safe working environment.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately record all breakdowns and service work, maintaining detailed information for each machine and service sheet.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with the team, contributing to problem-solving and maintaining a proactive approach.
  • Planned Maintenance: Conduct planned maintenance as directed by the Engineering Manager and Shift Leader.
  • Continuous Improvement: Support the continuous improvement of departmental operations and functions.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience: Experience in electrical and mechanical engineering is essential.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the FMCG industry is required.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Computer literate, reliable, conscientious, self-motivated, and professional.

**Salary and Benefits:**

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from £39,000 to £43,000 per year, paid monthly. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for career growth and development.
