Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Private Client lawyers with probate and estate administration tasks
- Draft correspondence and documents to ensure accuracy and meet client requirements
- Use case management systems to generate and complete correspondence and documents
- Coordinate and attend meetings, take instructions, and notes, and liaise with clients
- Research laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Liaise with other professionals, such as financial advisors and accountants
- Assist the team with their caseload as appropriate
