Job SummaryThe Senior Expert Manufacturing and Quality Management role is a key position within the NTT DATA Digital Core Practice. As a member of a wider team, you will contribute to the design and implementation of SAP solutions for our customer base. Your expertise will be instrumental in meeting customer needs, working alongside Manufacturing and Quality Management Solution Architects, Project Managers, and the Integration Team to deliver innovative and high-quality solutions integrated into core S4/ECC and non-SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Support Manufacturing and Quality Management Solution Architects in collaborating with customers and NTT DATA sales and business development teams to translate business requirements into solutions that leverage Manufacturing and Quality Management capabilities. This includes compiling statements of work to support sales and deal review processes.
- Provide thought leadership to NTT DATA and its customers on Supply Chain strategy, specifically in Manufacturing and Quality Management solutions and roadmaps.
- Act as the design authority on projects, ensuring the quality and integrity of Manufacturing and Quality Management solutions align with industry best practices.
- Engage in self-directed and other learning to stay current with new technologies and developments, ensuring NTT DATA remains at the forefront of the market.
- Recognize opportunities for repeat and extended business with NTT DATA and provide comprehensive input to support business growth.
- Have strength and depth in delivery and configuration expertise in Manufacturing and Quality Management process flows.
- Effective communication, influence, and inspiration skills, with the ability to act as a trusted role model and advisor within the Manufacturing and Quality Management solution architecture field.
- A proven track record of successfully delivering customer projects and providing Manufacturing and Quality Management solutions for complex requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and soft skills, with the ability to develop relationships with stakeholders within NTT DATA, customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Demonstrates gravitas and personal integrity, with the ability to overcome unforeseen situations and keep business objectives in mind.
- Makes solid and reliable decisions in complex environments.
- Has a thirst for learning and staying on top of the evolving technology landscape.
The successful candidate will have more than 10 years of professional experience working within an SAP environment, with at least 6 years in the Manufacturing and Quality Management consulting area. Experience working with a value-added reseller or software house is advantageous.
Proven and demonstrable experience in solution design and architecture, with successful delivery and experience of all elements of more than 5 full project lifecycles. Cross-functional knowledge is desirable, with an understanding of core processes in other logistic modules.
