Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Critical Care Senior Staff Nurse to join our team at Whittington Hospital NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall good of the organization.

Main Duties
  • Assess patient care needs and develop programs of care for implementation and evaluation.
  • Carry out all relevant forms of care without direct supervision and demonstrate procedures to, and supervise, qualified and unqualified staff.
  • Contribute to the overall good of the organization by being a positive role model and treating all staff, visitors, and service users with courtesy.
  • Undertake internal rotation to cover the service and carry out other similar duties in support of the ward environment.
