Senior Staff Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join our ITU/HDU Unit at The Princess Grace Hospital. As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the department, providing expert knowledge and supporting junior nurses.
The ITU/HDU unit specialises in caring for complex patients with colorectal, liver, urological, and spinal conditions. You will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team to provide bespoke, complex care to patients and coach and mentor junior members of staff to help them progress.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the smooth running of the ITU/HDU department
- Provide expert knowledge and support to junior nurses
- Work with a multidisciplinary team to provide complex care to patients
- Coach and mentor junior members of staff
- Participate in the Critical Care Outreach Team to enhance care for patients and support staff on hospital wards
- Registered General Nurse with NMC pin
- Extensive experience working within Critical Care
- Critical Care Course 60 Credits
- At least 1 year's experience in Spinal ITU (desirable)
