Mobile Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Senior Software Engineer to join our team in Banbury, UK. This role reports to the Head of Software Engineering and involves leading the continuous delivery of in-house software.
As a key member of our Performance Group, you will work closely with other software engineers to ensure the agile delivery of high-quality software. Your responsibilities will include prioritizing requirements, proposing iterations, and maintaining a long-term vision for our software architecture.
You will also be responsible for mentoring and contributing to the development of engineers within the Software Group. Additionally, you will work with IT to improve version control, continuous integration, and testing.
With a strong technical background in modern software engineering techniques, you will be expected to keep abreast of new techniques, propose, and learn new languages and tools as required.
The ideal candidate will have experience developing complex data management and database storage solutions using C#, .NET, WPF, and SQL. Knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, Python, and Blazor is advantageous.
