About the Role

This exciting opportunity exists for an Assistant Headteacher to join the senior leadership team at Co-op Academy Stoke-on-Trent. As a key member of the team, you will have a significant impact on shaping the academic vision and driving student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • To lead the development and implementation of curriculum policies and procedures that meet the needs of all students.
  • To work collaboratively with teachers to enhance teaching practices and promote high-quality learning experiences.
  • To monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum delivery and make recommendations for improvement.
