Clinical Deputy Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team at Care UK. As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in providing leadership and guidance to our nursing and care colleagues, ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical and pastoral care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and deputize for the Home Manager, providing inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues.
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical and pastoral care, ensuring the highest levels of clinical governance.
  • Focus on residents with complex needs, utilizing your nursing skills and managerial expertise to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement care plans, conducting regular audits and assessments to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
  • Work closely with the team to provide personalized, centered care to all residents.
Requirements:
  • NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with a strong background in care planning and clinical assessment.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience in managing nursing and care teams.
  • Ability to build close relationships with residents and their families, driving continuous improvement and delivering exceptional care.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and expertise, with the ability to maintain the highest levels of clinical governance.
