Clinical Deputy Manager Opportunity

Care UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced nurse to join our team as Clinical Deputy Manager at Colne View Care Home. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical and pastoral care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and deputize for the Home Manager, providing inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues.
  • Oversee the delivery of clinical and pastoral care, ensuring the highest standards are maintained.
  • Develop and implement care plans, utilizing your expertise in care planning processes and clinical assessment tools.
  • Collaborate with the team to provide personalized, resident-centered care.
Requirements

We are looking for an NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) with a strong background in care planning and clinical assessment. You will be a natural leader, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for delivering high-quality care and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential.
