About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Trading Assistant to join our Merchandising team at Mountain Warehouse. As a Trading Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring that we have the right products, in the right store/website, at the right time with the right quantities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run daily and weekly sales reports and distribute to the team
  • Review intake of stock for the category and manage any queries from our retail stores to ensure allocations are delivered in a timely manner, highlighting any concerns to the wider team
  • Support the Trading Manager with store performance and product optimisation
  • Maintain good systems 'house keeping' within the category
  • Share best practices across the buying and merchandising community
