We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Coordinator to lead the delivery of construction projects in Aylesbury.

The Job Description

This role involves coordinating and overseeing project activities to ensure successful project delivery. The successful candidate will have experience in managing highways and earthworks projects and be able to collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Responsibilities:

Coordinating project activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring.

Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and project specifications.

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.

Managing budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation effectively.

Providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any issues that may arise.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

A degree in civil engineering or a related field.

Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in highways and earthworks.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under pressure.

SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) or CSCS Black Card (essential).

Salaries range between £60,000 and £75,000 depending on your experience.
