Pontoon is seeking a skilled Transformation Business Analyst to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for owning and delivering organizational design projects within the wider business transformation program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data and develop insights to support the Transformation Office and specific workstreams.
  • Conduct independent pieces of work to address strategic design questions feeding into the Target Operating Model.
  • Support preparation of SteerCo materials and other documents required for executive engagements.
  • Engage with workstream leads to understand workstream progress, challenges faced, and provide design support.
  • Lead resolution of programme level challenges and risks by liaising with the right stakeholders in the organization.
  • Support development of Transformation Office oversight tools such as workplan, key milestones, KPIs, cost, and benefits models.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder skills, including working in high-paced environments and/or challenging situations.
  • Experience of working with senior-level stakeholders along with comfort in challenging all levels of stakeholders, including Senior Managers & Directors.
  • 'Self-starter' - independently works on initiatives with limited guidance and proactively identifies and resolves issues.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, ability to quickly turn data into key insights, with a proven track record delivering complex projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Previous consulting experience is strongly preferred.
  • Previous experience in large-scale programs, specifically transformation programs, is preferred but not mandatory.
