We are seeking an experienced engineer to join our team as a lecturer on the **Future Lecturer Development Scheme**. This exciting opportunity allows you to share your passion for engineering with our students and inspire them to achieve their full potential.

About the Scheme:

The Future Lecturer Development Scheme is a comprehensive training programme designed to develop engineers into educators. Over three stages, you will receive training and support to help you develop the skills and confidence needed to become a successful lecturer.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver high-quality teaching materials and lessons
  2. Support students throughout their studies
  3. Contribute to curriculum development and evaluation
  4. Participate in marketing activities to promote our courses

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
