Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Skin & Activation Specialist to join our team. As the face of our Brands, you will be responsible for deploying our engagement activity across various channels, partner training & event plans, and delivering virtual skin consultations for the full Harpar Grace portfolio.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct introductory treatment experiences with prospective target accounts.
  • Develop high-quality, engaging content to deliver across our platforms.
  • Conduct consumer skin consultations.
  • Deliver memorable brand experiences to engage prospects and influencers.
  • Manage and conduct VIP treatment days.
  • Network across all account channels to support brand penetration and reputation.
  • Organize and attend account retailing and customer engagement events.

Training and Development:

  • Develop a thorough understanding and expertise of the portfolio to champion the brands.
  • Deliver training across the Southern region to our accounts and staff.
  • Define and deliver training to enhance retailing performance of accounts where identified.
  • Maintain constant dialogue with head trainers in brand head offices to employ best practices.
  • Develop remote training content where appropriate and liaise with accounts to implement.
  • Design and oversee training plan to meet needs of accounts opened and agree timings.
  • Cultivate a family ethos in all those trained and encourage communication and partnership.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 3 years solid experience within the Beauty/Aesthetics industry as a therapist/training manager.
  • Trained therapist up to NVQ Level 3/City & Guilds or equivalent with advanced treatment/modality training preferred.
  • Strong and passionate retail training experience.
  • Experience delivering exquisite and memorable treatment experiences to VIP guests.
  • Experience developing retail skills and performance amongst staff.
  • Strong professional and presentation standards.
  • Confident with IT including CRM systems, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel.
  • Presenting to potential accounts with an engaging and confident manner.
  • Hold a UK driving license.

  • Responsive and adaptive to changing workloads, timelines, and outputs required due to the fast-moving pace of the industry and brand portfolio.
  • Willingness and ability to travel on a daily basis in line with jointly agreed plans.
