Job Title: College Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced College Operations Manager to oversee the operations of our healthcare training division based in Edgware.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations, staff, and resources within the college.
  • Ensure compliance with Ofsted and other regulatory bodies.
  • Communicate and enforce company policies, safety, and quality standards.
Leadership & Operations:

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of government-funded provision management, Ofsted regulations, quality management, and business development.

HR Management:
  • Recruit, train, and manage a small team; conduct performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure staff compliance with legal and safety requirements.
Financial & Business Management:
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets, track expenses, and approve operational invoices.
  • Lead business development initiatives to expand training offerings and services.
  • Build relationships across different business areas, ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
Compliance & Quality Management:
  • Ensure training programs meet healthcare regulations, CQC, and Ofsted standards.
  • Review and improve quality management processes.
Person Specification:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, education management, healthcare management, or related fields (Master's preferred).
  • Experience in managing government-funded provisions, compliance with Ofsted regulations, and quality management.
  • 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in healthcare or education.
