About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients in a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver care to patients within the limits of procedures and pathways in which you have achieved competence.
  • Support and assist other staff members to deliver care as delegated and directed.
  • Identify risk or changes in condition and take action to alert the appropriate staff member.
  • Engage and actively involve patients and their families in their programme of treatment and care.
  • Prioritise your own workload with supervision of registered and/or responsible staff.
