About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Director to join our team in Manchester. As a key member of our Corporate Finance Division, you will be responsible for leading Financial Due Diligence engagements and managing a team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project manage Financial Due Diligence engagements, including determining project scope and resource requirements, monitoring progress against budget and timeframe, and reviewing work completed by junior team members.
  • Scope, prepare, and review reports using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Contribute to the management of the project team on a day-to-day basis.
  • Ensure client/project feedback is captured, addressed, and effectively communicated to the team and Director/Partner.
  • Develop new relationships with clients and bring your own client relationships.
  • Support the conversion of opportunities into chargeable work, including pitch and scope participation.

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified.
  • Thorough experience within Financial Due Diligence assignments for Corporates, Funders, and Private Equity.
  • Experienced in managing, training, and motivating junior members of the team.
