About the Role
This Executive Support Officer position plays a vital part in our mission, ensuring seamless administrative support to our CEO.
You will proactively manage their diary, identify conflicts, arrange meetings, and take minutes as required.
This role involves acting as a first point of contact for our office, responding effectively to emails, calls, and correspondence.
You will also support designated projects, conducting research and preparatory work for the CEO and Senior Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to the CEO.
- Proactively manage the CEO's diary, resolving potential conflicts before they arise.
- Arrange and support at various meetings, ensuring the CEO is prepared and taking minutes as necessary.
- Act as the initial point of contact for our office, responding appropriately to emails, calls, and correspondence.
- Support senior leaders on designated projects, carrying out research and preparatory work.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Prior experience delivering administrative support and effective diary management.
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders internally and externally.
- The ability to arrange and manage meetings, taking notes and providing minutes.
- Robust organisational skills, capable of managing time effectively and handling conflicting priorities.
- The ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, anticipating issues, and delivering solutions.
- Experience conducting research and presenting findings.
